Joyce Richman and Barbara Demarest, career counselor, consultant and coach spoke to the graduating class on March 16th on the transistion from student to professional and how to achieve new levels of performance.
Joyce is a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Personnel Consultant and has a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition, Richman is a graduate of Harvard University's Program On Negotiation. Joyce appears frequently as a guest on Greensboro television, is a regular columnist for Greensboro's News & Record, and is the author of Road, Routes, and Ruts: A Guidebook for Career Success. A popular lecturer, Richman has conducted seminars and workshops throughout the United States and has consulted in Belgium, Canada and England. She also serves as an Adjunct to the Center for Creative Leadership, an international management and leadership development organization.
